1973 Fiat 124 Sport Coupe 1800
Discussion
The seller wants to ruin the car by making it an 80s style two litre.
The car is very good but needs a better paint job - its current cheap blowover makes it look grot. It also needs some Pirellis.
I am resolved to fix up my Lotus next year, so it's a no from me, but the Alfetta is very worthwhile IMO.
PS: the seller also cheesed me off a bit by suggesting that my Lancia Appia was "one of those three wheeled things", but I wasn't going to buy the Alfetta anyway.

Yes, the car is circa 75 or 76 and has the 1800 engine. I am happy to PM you my views about the car, which are supported by those of a friend who is an engineer and who has tested the car. It needs saving from an engine swap! The car is definitely worth a look and a haggle, in my opinion
