It is still a real toss up which of the two is the better drive. The Beta is smoother, quieter (although still quite noisy), more refined, and has steering that doesn't wobble about, but the Fiat has real grunty go go ness and is quicker off the mark and at the top end. A forthcoming tyre upgrade for the Beta may alter things a bit.

I have missed the boat on Fulvia Coupe prices, alas. I would love a Flavia Coupe, but rare and also spenner.
