Vantage lower than a 430? You sure about that? I've never had mine scrape over anything yet, and I don't pussy about with it.

This thing looks amazing!
Hi, thanks , the vantage was on display in an airport and I thought how low it looked (may have been a show car) so I grabbed a piece of paper and quickly took a height , The Ferrari was in a car park at silverstone , they were only really to give me an idea of how low may be "useable" in the real world . They may not be perfectly accurate but they do make me think I need to gain a little ground clearance .

Brilliant, been following this from the beginning, nice to see it in it's almost finished form (externally at least).

Just wish I had a quarter of your skill/time/patience/space/money/balls/etc...

For another data point I'm aiming for 4 inches (at the front) for my GT40 as a usable "on the road" height.

You could go down the airbags route for the suspension - inflate for everyday, deflate for showing off?

From any perspective, it just looks too low to work properly. Why don't you change whatever on the suspension so the whole car sits 5 - 10 cm higher? Then you could leave all the original skirts etc. instead of sawing stuff off all around the car and still risk bottoming out?
