Are you south of Brisbane? I'm sure that I've seen one of these driving along the highway through Coffs.
Yep, on the Gold Coast. Never been to Coffs, though.

Yet to see another in the wild.
I don't fully recall the model, but it was a Jeep which sounded epic when pulling away from the lights. Love your engine note.

Oh boy! I had a real moment of weakness and ordered a set of these:

Total over indulgence but this is going to be a special project.

Temps dropped tonight so decided to take it out for a play and holy mackerel, the cool air makes a difference.

Also converted to mph for easy reading.

I should be able to achieve these times consistently with the interchiller and interestingly, the demon also uses the Ac for cooling intake temps which is essentially what I'll be doing. So add on the demon blower, interchiller, exhaust and a new tune, I should be kicking past 850 BHP.

Haha, I trust the engineering.

Here's a good article describing what they did to allow it run these times:

All good mate sitting here in sunny West Africa. Miss not having a decent car though.

Looking forward to some vids of this "thing" you are building.

FAO the OP.

There's an article on the Trackhawk in this months Road & Track.

Do you get that in Oz?

Testing it with a Ferrari 812 Superfast of all things!

Unfortunately we don't, will have to try and find it online. Thanks for the heads up.

No problem, enjoy sharing this awesome car.

I dropped the car off for its full Xpel clear wrap today and paint correction. Should be ready for collection on Friday afternoon. The Demon blower also leaves the States tomorrow and should arrive early next week. Oh yes!

If you can't find it, you can have my copy once I've read it. Magazine is free, if you pay for the postage.

And that's why cars like this are so rare, and costly to build - some folks think they just whack the engine in and call it a day...
