good morning, checking my tuscan well, i realized that the bodywork at the rear is not well aligned with the frame on one side it is 5 mm off from one side to the other it should be centered by 2.5 mm is this normal for a tuscan? is it possible to center it?

Check in the Tuscan section, but I'd wager a guess that "they all do that Sir"

Body is on chassis so it won’t be making much difference to performance! TVR tolerances were never great so I wouldn’t be too worried about it unless someone corrects me

Couple more instalments: I'll be doing one on costs and time so far I hope (basically at the end of the strip down and refurb of all parts, before we start building it all back up again.

It's been a labour of love at times so far, and I wish I could spend more time on it, but with work, family, etc it's all a matter of balance! There are plenty of times where procrastination is also stalling progress.

For instance I have the bolt kit and bush kit, but splitting it all up so the right bolts and bushes go in the right places, and remembering to strip all the paint off the inside of the components that have been coated feels a touch daunting!

Not sure which setup problems you are referring to? If you mean very early in the thread when it seemed like it was trying to kill me, the new front tyres sorted that.
