On the front the colour was ok, neither amazing or unpleasant (imo).
I'm looking for something with a retro old school flavour flave. It's not intended to be shouty. I'm swinging back to silver but maybe a different silver like Porsche GT Silver. On the front the colour was ok, neither amazing or unpleasant (imo).
My brakes seemed a bit wooden with the OE spec brake pads (textar?) in them then I changed the brake rotors which were pretty knackered to OE ATE ones and brake feel really improved. Was surprised with the difference actually.
Having said that track pads do tend to feel awful unless they have some heat in them!
The only benefit to Silver is that's the colour of the car now. Otherwise its not really a colour is it?
If I did get a different colour then maybe I'd need to actual keep it clean or just wash it occasionally. I'm already feeling bad about the little red Boxster I bought which looked basically brand new when I bought it and now it does not.

36 years ago, I went to visit my mate for the weekend at Wolverhampton Poly. In my Avenger that I’d bought for £75.
Saturday night, whilst driving 5 of us to the student union, NS rear arm snapped. Parked the car up (luckily no yellow lines) and went for the night out. Caught the train home on the Sunday night, fetched an arm from the local scrappy in the week and trained it back to Wolves the following Saturday with a socket set I’d borrowed from my dad. Changed the arm at the side of the road with the car on a bottle jack .
