Best to join the Corrrado Club GB (facebook) if looking for parts - almost impossible to find stuff without being part of the club these days.

Thread resurrection, I sold the white one, regretted it and bought another from a Corrado friend who had got his hands on a tasty 964 he'd had his sights on.

I bought this one in May 2023. It is a '94 car in a 1 year only production colour of Twilight Violet. It had been lightly used and stored in a garage for many years. Paperwork back to day 1 and all original. It needed some recommissioning as it's MOT in '23 showed. I have spent the last year going through the car and pleased to write is had a clean MOT this year, though that does not tell the full story.

In summary I have done the following:

Rear axle refurb, all new parts + powder coating
Brake lines
All the bushes
Koni TA/H&R springs
TIming chains + head refurb @Stealh Racing
263 cams
Miltek resonated + miltek sports cat
New bearings all round
New brakes all round (mk4 upgrade to the rear)
Complete new fuel system - VDO Pump, Injectors and fuel lines
Fitted 16in speedline alloys
Leather Recaro interior
Audioscape door pods
RHD Oil/Battery gauges
Blaupunkt Bremen SPR46
Miltek resonated + miltek sports cat

Both cars are awesome, but the latest one, wow! My user name is related to my old Corrado VR6.

I passed my test in 93, a VR6 in this colour was my dream car at the time.

My 95 VR6 was Twighlight Violet and the mods you’ve made are all pretty much what I wanted to do to mine back in the day so a big thumbs up from me. I did have a Koni/Eibach suspension change, and a Scorpion SS exhaust, but that was about it for me.

Thanks all, I am a bit mad about Corrados. I shall try not to sell this one when my head it momentarily turned. I know now it is unlikely I'd find another like this one.

The next job for winter will be to swap out the subframe for a fresh one (the existing one has had a weld repair, assume from removing a wishbone bolt) and fit vibra technic front and rear mounts but not one for the gearbox, will stick to oem. Also hoping to get a set up H&R ARBs but they are expensive at 450quid, now is the time however with the subframe coming off.

Then that is it, just use and enjoy and try not to care too much about keeping miles off.

Just some more random photos from the last year.

Front end looked nice whilst I was working on something else so took a photo:

Had some number plates made up to match the original supplying dealer

Car dropped off at Stealth Racing for the engine work (it was still standard back then):

Video of it on the rollers filmed by Vince at Stealth
https://youtu.be/40sexRMjzbo

I rebuilt the front hubs but these are the ones I did for a Corrado friend, I didn't take any pictures of mine. Mine I made sure I got out the dust shield plate bolts as wanted to remain oem, my friend is running big brakes so it did not matter. I used electrolysisto to clean up the old cast pieces.

In progress works on the rear axle job. I went for Powerflex rear bushes this time around. My last one had OEM rubber. These are not harsh and tighten the rear end up. The dampers are adjustable anyway which probably helps.

Injectors returned from Mr Injector, did a nice job and provided a report.

Some pictures of the sides. It did have 3 small door ding dents but I had them pulled out

One of the interior from a different angle...

and finally one from the front again with bonnet up (and a brand new new old stock crank position sensor that I had later fitted).
