Old school Polo
Discussion
Chum, so many people have tried to talk me into modifying it. I reckon I could turn it into an Evo eater for less than a grand but I'd rather try and get it as close to standard as possible. There are so many modified cars out there these days but it's so hard to find an original classic.
Believe it or not, I was offered a grand for it the other day. I asked the guy what he wanted to do wit it. He said he was gonna rat it out, sand all the paint off, fit coilovers and a set of wide rims. I told him to get out of my yard lol. It's so hard to get an original car these days and I want to keep it that way.

How?
I work in a scrapyard. Can get full Mk3 Golf GTi running gear for £100, that leaves me £900 to spend money modding it. Doesn't take a lot of money to build a fast car if you can do the labour yourself. Have a look on youtube for the Mk1 Polo with a 1.8T conversion. Running 14 inch front tyres IIRC and 750 BHP, smoked anything that came up against it.Gassing Station | Readers' Cars | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
