Ok so still not managed to master posting more than on picture at a time so this should be fun!
The car is a 96 griff 500 that has been completely re-built from the chassis up without cutting to many corners.
Internals
Its a standard LS3 block with a TKO 600 box and uprated gun barrel drive shafts, the car runs an Acusump to deal with the wet sump issue and GM fly by wire throttle and ECU, the brakes and suspension were all uprated along with anything else i could improve.
The exterior of the car was also treated to a full makeover as well with the only external mod being the Tuscan front splitters to try and keep the front end a bit more planted at the new higher top speeds, and a bespoke rollcage to try and stiffen the chassis up.
The interior was treated to a revamped set of elise seats and a full face lift!
There is more info on the car in the TVR forum i just wanted to see what non TVR ph thought?
Thanks again to all who made this possible Topcats,RT Racing, Surface & Design,D&C Trim and everyone else, except that git of a carbon company who fk me for 2 months ;]

I have a lovely 350 for the purists complete with 4lred rose, this was and still is my dream car, first heard and then seen as a young 20 year old hooligan intent on destroying R5 turbo's. Am fortunate enough to of driven a fair bit of exotica, but not much makes me grin bar my bikes like the griff with the roof down at full chat! Thanks for the comments

Thanks for the thumbs up, the car has taken over a 1.5 years to complete and all thats left know is to get the set up right, i need to get some track time in the car and get used to the fly by wire throttle, which i must confess i'm finding a bit odd but i've only just finished running the car in!
There is massive amounts of grunt but at the same time its really well mannered on the GM ECU but can't wait to really push it :]
The car is going to be at Chatsworth hopefully with a new larger set of wheels to lay more rubber down on the rears!
As for cost its just got silly as i ended up following the in for a penny in for a pound mantra with the petrol tank being the only thing apart from the chassis and body that is original.
Including the purchase of the car and the plate i reckon i'm the better side of 55k yikes
But for that i've got the car i've always dreamed of with a juiced up nigh on 500bhp motor wieghing in at 1060KG :]
I'm not quit finished as i plan to tweek the motor with a cam and a few other bits but thats for after the summer.
The original plan was to create my perfect track car, i've now learnt i'll always be compromised by the fact i want to keep the Griff on the road so next project is a full blown track monster!!! eg wide bodied LS7 powered 350c or ls powered tuscan racer??????????
More pictures to follow

[quote=scotty_d]Seen this on the Griff side. Not bad for a griff i guess. wink

Don't take it out on me that you only got the 4.2 laugh
The day i bought the Griff i had actually gone to test drive a cerb! The roof down option won but if i ever sell the 350 a 4.5 lightweight will be filling that space!!!
