clio sunroof rattle

I have a 2001 1.2 sport new shape clio with a tilt sunroof that has an annoying knock/rattle when driving ,be it open or shut. It has been back to the dealers for several new release catches but to no avail. has anyone out there got a solution or can help out in any way.......
( only genuine replys please , don't waste my time with stupid answers !! ).
