Ford Capri mk3
Discussion
I have gone and done something silly, bought another capri !
Its a standard mk3 1.6l, probably the only saving grace of this model was being a non sunroof car, complete with grandad spec suspension and interior and a wheezy 1.6 pinto, yay ! mine for £900
even better is the strange colour 'highland green' which has grown on me since i bought it.
I added some suitable period wheels which actually made it handle slightly more respectably then the steel bicycle wheels that were on originally
plans are for a decent spec 2 litre engine and suspension etc to match, if time and money permit

Don't, he doesn't want a hole in it.Edited by verbal kint on Wednesday 16th September 19:06
Love the wheels, what are they?
I thought the matt black colour was best suited to the car rather then traditional silver or painted with polished rim
very much of the 70's period, I'm not a fan of seeing older cars with new style wheel designs on, just doesnt look right to me
