Thought it was about time i joined here thought i would say hello and add a few details about the car iam building as present for Hillclimbs /sprints and track days

RARE FORD MOTORSPORT AX BLOCK , 86MM FORGED PISTONS , 84MM FORGED STEEL CRANK , H BEAM SECTION CONRODS , ULTRA BIG VALVE AND BIG PORT CYLINDER HEAD , TWIN48 WEBBERS ,
2000E TRANX STRAIGHT CUT GEARBOX
4.1 LSD TRANX
WILWOOD 4 POT FRONT BRAKES
GAZ GOLD FULLY ADJUSTABLE COILOVER FRONT , GAZ ADJUSTABLE REARS
CAPRI SINGLE LEAF DECAMMBERED POLLY BUSHED FRONT AND REAR
Currently looking for safety device 6 point roll cage , hope to have the car finished for jan/feb next year

We are trying something that has not been dont before with the ford xflow engine , there have been many that have had stroker kits fitted with standard lengh rods but we have pistons half the size of standard with much longer rods , should be capable of revving to 10.000rpm and we are hoping to break or hit the 200bhp mark , so just over 100bhp per litre all going well , should sound like a motorbike wink

86mm Bore and 84mm crank makes 1951cc , 83.5 bore and 84mm cranks 1840cc
Alleycats are my bling wheels for road use , I have 7x13 minilites with Avon ACB10s for track use , thanks for all your comments guys

I sure mean that it not been touched by a welder in its life time so yep not a rot box like many old skool cars out there
Some more pics for ya , Head works nearly Finshed now and bottom end will be havoing dummy build next week as there lots of machining work that needs doing to block , pistons and the race cam

Little bit of an update , havent dont to much as i was away at the ring easter weekend , now back on the old girl should be back out on the road in a month
Replace my wilwood brakes for some proper AP radials , and fully polly bushed front end now also fitted new billet steering arms to give me some more lock
