You can have them if you want, just costs an extra £25k

No - the Mk2 RS had them, as did the GT2, but not the cooking GT3

I've got them at the moment, in fact they're not too bad but you have to buy a CG lock and then you're ok on track. Needless to say they will be going sometime soon... when I'm feeling a bit more flush.
