Hey monthefish.......you are probably right. The "S " was added by the previous owner who probably thought the turbo wasn't fast enough for him.

I wanted to remove it but sadly, never had the time in the 9 months since I have bought it( I travel often for work and when I am back in the country I just wanna drive it) Also, not very handy and did not want to damage the paintwork.
Alas, It's now for sale and the next owner can keep it or remove it.

Can't get a 911 Variant up the drive, so settled for a Cayman S until i've saved up enough money for a different house

To date though i've been surprised by just how good the Cayman is, now it's no where near as quick in a straight line as the previous car, but show it a bend and it comes in to a league of it's own by comparison.

Only picture i've got is these from the dealers (sale picture)
