Adam, quick, grab your sunglasses lol.
This is the first one that i have seen with a red interior!
I love a red interior but ideally a brighter red like Imola in an E46M3.
There seems to be So many interior colour combos for the 996 Turbo, this 2002 model has a black roof lining.

Love this 2002 one, the black rims really suit it and tone down the white body. Auto though.

Black Alcantara is standard rooflining on turbos, you would have to pay about £700 to get it in matching poo brown leather

Google flamenco red Porsche interior

More importantly it’s got GT2 front and rear spoilers which look great

Obviously you are looking on the continent which would explain the availability of interesting interiors smile

Weight - I had assumed ( wrongly ) that the 996T would be a bit lardy, so I was thinking circa 1450kgs ( an E46 M3 is circa 1540kgs from my ageing memory - the M3s front And rear seats are literally like ruddy boat anchors ) however, Wiki gives the Turbo a weight of just 1320 odd KGs.
I don't have a 2002 model sales brochure to confirm this.
However, a while back I used to regularly see a dk coloured Turbo go by, we used to clock each other. Well one day I came up behind him and the dice was on. He booted it before I thought he would and he therefore had the instant edge on me. I really expected him to be in the next county, before I had even got into third. He left me behind of course, but by no where near as far as I thought he would. But I've only just realised that his Turbo is over 200kgs lighter, which is a lot of lard!

The 996 Turbo is listed as 1540kg, perhaps up to 1600kg depending on spec. It’s certainly no lightweight, but the thump of torque at 3000rpm disguises the weight well.

Thanks Pete
So they are on a par with an E46 M3 weight wise.

Options -

I am assuming that there was an Options supplement to the sales brochure ?

So, assuming one were looking at a 2002 model, was the sunroof a std fit ( for a UK spec car ) as it was on UK 3.2 Careeras ? But optional on German and Euro sold 3.2s )
I am not a sunroof fan, but from what I can tell, most seem to have one, inc Euro sold Turbos.

Was air con a std fit ?
Any other options that are desirable or essential on a manual 2002 model on car ?

Weird, I couldnt get to see the advert on this phone.
Seems a £ cheap car, but why ? Because there are possibly Very few buyers out there, for these ( as I stated a while ago ) plus the mileage is too high for many buyers I guess.

I believe a/c, sat Nav (slightly datedsmile) and Bose were standard. I think a sun roof was a no cost option. You didn't get options like matching stitching, the list was far more basic. Maybe it's rose tinted glasses, but I think the turbo is still fast than most modern stuff, I had a test drive in an m4 and it didn't pin me back as much as my turbo did.

Indeed, would certainly seem to be worth a look if in the market. Are prices weakening?

If they have had to reduce the price by some £6,000, then one can only guess that there has been little interest in it.
By the sound of it, this one has lived in the harsher climate up north, for some time, so corrosion may be possible.

2002 models had slight improvements over 2001, such as a glovebox and other more important stuff which I do not recall. 97k miles is not low when there are many other cars available out there with lower mileage.

It doesn’t show automatically - you have to scroll down and click on description

I will check specs - as luck would have it I have a 996 turbo 02/03 brochure and options price list for sale so it is to hand

C16 UK cars frequently had higher spec than continental cars although this implies just sunroof and top tint added
