(By the way, Welsh Chris, if you are wondering if the 996 is better than the 993, as a top of the range 996 owner, I miss my old 993 C2 very, very much. I had a 993 3.8 C2 with RS suspension set up (fully adjustable and very hard). The drive in the 996 is not as engageing. Sure you have to have a pacemaker fitted for hard acceleration, but its not the same. Don't ever sell it like I did.)

Make sure you get your courtesey car paid for as well!

You may just be happy to have the motor back and think who cares, but if you pushed it, they should pay for it.

Hope all goes well - sure it will.

I had my RMS done in Belgard under warranty on a car bought second hand from a German OPC.

I always tought that the warranty provided by OPC was an 'International Warranty', hence the repair is covered anywhere in the world through the OPC network.

Just a thought,

So, how did you get on with the OPC?
