Last courtesy car I got was a Cayenne v6 brand new with only 80 miles on the clock.Although it was new it was a rubbish car and not deserving of the Porsche badge. The V6 is gutless and probably the most pointless car Porsche makes IMO

I know - look on my profile - I was so taken by the experience that I bought one!!!!!!!!!!!! When I'm in the mood it's the best fun car of the lot. Just about to turn it into a soft top. Now, where's the angle grinder.

I know your pain brother. The Sagaris goes in for a service tomorrow, Dream Machine's official courtesy car is a black Nova. Even worse...it is fully liveried and stickered up, so everybody knows you own either a TVR or Lotus and it is in the dealership!

Cant even persuade them to give me a Griff, Chimp or even a bloody Tamora (spit) for a day or 2! Considering Im about to hand over a grand to them Im thinking a Nova is a bit of a letdown.

Fair play to my local OPC though, a friend just got hit by RMS and took it into the dealership and his courtesy car was their brand new Boxster S, fully specced to the hilt to the tune of £50k. Considering he only spent £20odd k on buying his car I thought that was pretty good going! I fully expect the same treatment when I have to take the tt back for a service, knowing my luck though it will be the 20yr old 944 with a smokey exhaust and perished bald tyres.

What's wrong with 20-year-old 944's?

She's ready to pick up this evening, no more oil leak

A day without a Porker is a day too long I'm a happy bunny despite being £600 poorer Still, it was cheaper than an RMS I suppose.

Sorry Ballcock
