Well they go back down at 55mph, so being above that's not too naughty on a motorway. Although It does mean you have been speeding.

I did ponder the fact that with the spoiler up, if passed by the boys in blue, it's a bit of a give away that you've been exceeding the limit and possibly a bit of a red rag to a bull. Still suppose they've still got to catch you in the act!

on my turbo you can deploy the spoiler at will so i strongly doubt they could use that as evidence.

if however they knew and cared about what speed is required to do it automatically and they actually saw the spoiler going up then that would be different but if they saw it they were proberly monitoring your speed using their police pilot system or whatever it's called.

Yes, the auto settings are up 75mph, down 35mph. Plod can't use the spoiler up position as evidence of speeding as it has a manual override. Wouldnt stand up in court.
