I'm hoping to make it in the 930. Last one I went to there were some Porsches but no sign of any owners by the time I got there. What's the best time to arrive?

Definitely maybe,,depending if they are real and sensibly priced....you may like them and want to keep them.

I'm going, was gunna take the bike just in case Bluesatin wanted another traffic light thrashing but just in the process of sorting a new Lizard toy, & will prob take that. Its not pork but certainly is interesting & has an engine note just slighly nicer than my S2 had- more cylinders too.......

Will reveal all on Sunday

Good to see everyone today - excellent selection of cars as usual. Nice to have all the transaxle Porches lined up like that
Iguana's crazy BMW looked like a bit of a handful - how was it in the wet?!

Is this the BMW you so took to Silverstone, Dom. I have fond memories of how warm and comfortable it was after being outside the curry house for 40 minutes.

Alex, a copy of the Starsky and Hutch theme tune along with "Jungle Boogie" by Kool and the Gang is winging its way to you sir.

Never leave home without it! Oh, and your Burberry baseball cap.

Kylie does sound very nice,,,I will be keeping an eye out for black e36 from now on, as there is a real chance this one could overtake you sideways, rather than the usual pose mobile.

Ha ha you jesters you

I have of course now installed the compulsory Jamaican flag hanging from the rear view mirror and speakers of a size normally only seen on the back of huge trucks at the Notting hill Carnival are on their way- destined for the rear shelf

Yip it is indeed the same V8 E36 3 series pimpmobile as once owned by crasher Colbeck esq , it has had a heck of a lot of fettling since then, although it is in a similar set up as experienced by the Siverstone Porsche crew- with the main addition being it now has a considerable & very noticable power boost due to some ECU tweeks by Sytners- it now really has some serious mid range grunt & revs like a mad thing, tis a lot swifter than my old S2- not quite as nimble admitidly, but damm that V8 does sound glorious

I've got to do a bit of fiddling yet & not sure how long the beast will stay in the Lizard fleet, but I am certainly enjoying it at the moment

(Just got to go on recond & say that despite my fondness of Domster badger baiting abuse- respect is due to Dom for taking it round Silverstone in those monsoon conditions, it really is a handfull in the wet, well its a flipping handfull in the dry actually! but in the wet its a choice of either- drive like a nun or- if you do decide to give it some large, you need to install wipers on the side windows & have faster arms than Naseem Hamed to keep it on the black stuff)
