Great looking cars aren't they. Just need some sunshine to really enjoy them.
I Agree

I've owned one for three weeks, it's rained for two of them!!!!.... Will it ever stop censored raining?

Let's hope so. Father's day should allow some self indulgence and a good run out - not so much fun when the rain is biblical!

I'd love to buy a 924 and do something fun to it. What are your plans?

Nothing compares to the mint green GT3, but here's my Carrera 2 after a wash this evening.

Love this one, the gold decals give that a lovely 'retro' look.
Are they not silver with the sun shining on them?

MTR
Thanks, yes Silver!

I was thinking if my wheels need refurbing again in a few years, I might get them done in gold and replace the silver decals with gold ones. Lotus's look good in black and gold so I think Porsches should too smile

Firstly practise the machine polishing I do as a sideline. Hoping for a vibrant red as a result. I'm sure I can dig out some paint that has never seen daylight. wink

Then check it over mechanically (as much as a chartered accountant can....) and then try it for MOT. If its an uneconomical MOT test, then I shall simply move on. smile

Wibble. Perhaps my favourite car ever.
Best Porsche ever made in my opinion, and even though a water-cooled car, not mass produced, hand finished off. The last of a breed & a classic already. Beast. bow

While we're on the yellow GT3s...

Should have some nice shots of it shortly, too (once I've got it back from KDS).
