It's a great part of the world - we have a place in the hills over towards Perpignan - but it's a bloody long way from Calais.

That’s a fantastic spec almost identical to my yellow one except I’ve got a stupid sunroof !!!! - need some pics of the interior.

Whilst on our travels we stopped at the top of a pass to take some pics and about 5 mins later a police car arrived and parked in the lay-by in front of us.
They sat in the car until we returned to our cars and they lept out to “talk to us” - apparently someone had reported a Porsche driving at dangerous speeds and some shady overtaking.
After a further wait for a Sargent to arrive they walked around the cars, noted the registrations, apologised for keeping us as “these are not the Porsche we are looking for” and bid us a good day.
We spent the next couple of hours (continuing ) to drive to the limits thanking our lucky stars that our €750 was safe for another day!

hehe

Sounds like an example of where passing the attitude test has saved a lot of aggro.

When I first read your post I thought the police were sitting in one of the Porsches waiting for you to return. laugh

We did try and get them to pose for a pic in the GT3 but they were quite firm with the “it is not allowed” stance

Good going if you could drift out of a petrol station in that little blue hatchback!

Saw this rather nice 23 plate 992 Targa this morning.

I've had a look through the PTS Explorer and it could be one of several colours there, but whatever it is, it's absolutely lovely.
