If you can't get your grammar right I'd question whether you can answer the question...

You've been a member for 3 years and ^THIS is one of your eleven posts..? You need to get out more.

Anyway, I 'd wait for the 62.

Saj, what mpg are you getting, mine indicates about 33 with mixed town driving, but the calculator tells me mid 20's when I top up.

Don't laugh I haven't even looked all I will say I got 470 mles out of the first tank, I put in 96 litres, and the car has now done 880 miles and saying I have another 90 miles, the car does a lot of stop/ start traffic driving, better than my previous X5

Going upto Lake District next weekend so will get a better idea then by that time woul hav learn how to reset computer!!

On with options

21-inch 911 Turbo II wheel

For me wheel’s make a car and personally the Cayenne needs large wheels so my choice was either the 21” Sport design Wheel or the Turbo II wheel, I decided on the Turbo II alloy for its sporty look and above all else the ease that you can clean the wheel with.

Wheels in spray booth

Against: I did not like the standard grey Centre’s and wheel blacks so requested Porsche Reading to paint them the same as the body colour, for me these now look perfect, to aid cleaning, as I like to have my car clean I sealed the wheels with a Gtechniq sealant

Finished

Its 45 MPG. He put in 96 L, ( it holds 100L so we assume 100L in tank as there would be some in it ) he does 970 miles, thats 9.7 miles per litre and 45 mpg. My petrol 4.5 V8 Cayenne does 16-20 mpg and I would be very disappointed if I paid all that money for a diesel one and only got 25 mpg !

24.6 mpg is disappointing but it is a brand new car and it takes a few 1000 miles to reach normal fuel consumption levels. At least I seriously hope it does!

LOVE those wheels.

I can only compare to my previous car X5 and this so far is more economical, bear in mind my average speed to work is about 12mph !!!, thats West London for you. I leave next Saturday up to the lake's that should be interesting will keep you informed.

Thanks for the comment on the wheels just working out what option to do next up

By way of comparison, I'm getting 28-30mpg on each tank. Mostly shortish runs. Car has done approx 7k miles to date
