...Fantastic thread this.
Carnt believe how much these have gone up in value over the last five years or so.
The closest I think I will get to own one is the hard backed
sales brochure I had
Agreed....glad I have both Carnt believe how much these have gone up in value over the last five years or so.

Lovely car Ruebdo!
I'm really missing my 3.3T I sold in July. I'll give the GT3 until next summer to see if I bond with it, but in the meantime I'm keeping one eye on the classifieds.
Enjoy it! You should get a few more nice days in before winter.
Edited to add -
There was someone on here a couple of years ago who had 2 or 3 sets of speedlines, both new and used. I'm sure they'll still be about, but it just depends on whether they see your post or not.

Hi Marky, nah I think he should give it the occasional drive through the winter. Nothing better than an air cooled 911 on a frosty morning on tickover ready for a quick blast in winter sunshine. Cheers guys
It's definitely not going to be tucked away all winter. Swapped from a 997 turbo which was brilliant but so clinical. Saying that, the car is pretty quick and very capable. I need a few frosty mornings to get that leg trembler :-)
Hopefully the guy with the wheels will resurface!!

My sentiments exactly - I owned an ex Sultan 1994 X88 3.6 with only 10,000 km's on the clock . Sold that for circa 65k GBP few years back . Hate to think what it's 'worth' now. Hindsight is cruel sometimes :-) although thinking of driving that car makes me cringe now .........but I suspect eventually the bubble will burst. Just bought a set from Germany. Originals but refurbed. 2k to refurb, seen the receipt from Porsche, wow. Can't wait to get them on :-). It will feel so much better knowing they are the right wheels!!
