Clutch was quite a simple fix. Just required a replacement press fit hydraulic fitting.

New wheels are at the dealers. Just waiting on the replacement front splitter and plastic trim piece that fits around the lower arch above the splitter.

Looking forward to taking delivery for the second time biggrin

Can't wait. It was such a fun car to drive (for a very short time!) biggrin

While it's in they will be fitting the Porsche stripe and I've removed the seat inserts to get them painted (like the ones on my GTS - but in white of course). It'll tie in with the rest of the painted trim and brighten it up a little.

You werent the guy at Leicester were you? Spyder looks lovely. Very sorry to hear about the issues. Hope you get it sorted because you have a gorgeous looking car imo
No. Cardiff is my local OPC.

It's almost there - just the splitter to wait for.

And thanks. The Spyder blew me away!

Glad you've got it sorted;

Bloody annoying when stuff like this happens.

My GT3 went in with a check engine light - expecting a coil pack change - ended up with a new engine !
And a 3 series BMW Diesel estate for 5 weeks - got p'd off near the end and got a new 911 turbo from the dealer on loan for a week.

You've got a good combo there - the Box spyder is a damn good car - I'd definitely have one over the GT4
I could almost forgive the clutch pipe but to damage a brand new car (half an hour old), during recovery is unacceptable.

I initially had a 5 series touring organised by Porsche Assistance but Cardiff quickly put me into a 991.2 which I'm currently using. So thank you Cardiff.

Thanks for the heads up.

They actually fit tyres in house at Cardiff. I've also asked them to order the original Porsche balance weights so that it's all properly OEM.

Thanks gents. I think the seat inserts do brighten the interior up and tie in with the rest of the painted trim.

It's a great car.

It's a legal size so I'd be amazed if anyone had an issue with it.
