Great work, following with interest. Although I think I might be alone in have some strange regret about the demise of the barchetta-911 cross.
Underneath that fresh exterior is still a little air cooled 911 called Fugly...I agree that in 20 years it will look like the ultimate and unique 1980’s pastiche and be worth a fortune as an oddity unlike any other 911...sadly it was butchered in 2020 into YET ANOTHER  backdateMC Bodge said:
Are you doing the bodywork yourself or having it done by somebody else?
I approve of this. It looked amazingly awful previously!
All being done by Pro9 in Birmingham. My 2nd Project with them. I got a handyman round last week to change a downlighter bulb in my bathroom. I’m not a hands on guy...I approve of this. It looked amazingly awful previously!
Apologies ARROW BLUE not archer. It’s going to its original as it’s cheaper not to colour change. Budget build. Mustn’t forget. I sometimes wake up and think I’m rich so I behave like I’ve got loadsa money. Get on the Porsche configurator. Check out a few yachts online. I end up believing it. Sadly time to keep belts tight. We do what we need to do with this build to do it properly but zero waste or extravagance. I just spent £7000 upgrading a 2003 Audi Allroad. I think I’ll get £700 back if I sell it....

You're toying with those recommending originality. Excellent! This is your opportunity to order a 'new' 911 in your specification rather than the first owners. Make the most of it.
You’re right. So right. But will end up selling this one day. Have decided to do my 3 door Range Rover Classic in Lord Blue instead so I still feel rich/ my needs being attended to Gassing Station | Porsche General | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
