Test drove it at the weekend. It looked pretty good. I'm not expert but it had full Porsche service history, all the changes etc. I'm getting it inspected so fingers crossed.
Apparently I stepped out after the test drive with the biggest smile I've had for a while.
I appreciate what some of you have said re the Turbo but for me I think it's sensible to start of on the s2 and then work my way up (if need be).

The independent expert has reported - good news!! So I've put down the deposit and am picking it up in 2 weeks and I can't wait-my first Porsche!! I'm so excited - I wanted one of these since I was 16 and now 14 years later...finally.
I've been told that I may have to get a CAT1 alarm/immobiliser put on it as the original factory fitted one may not be acceptable to some insurance companies. Any recommendations?
