What’s the most valuable 911 you can buy?

Just out of curiosity really. Looking at all the 911 variants that have been made over the past 40 odd years which one would be the most expensive to buy today bearing in mind the following qualifiers:

911 GT1 not included
No special history (e.g. famous owner)
More or less factory spec (no Gembellea, RUF or converted race cars)
Average miles and good condition for age

Would it be a 993 GT2, a 996 GT2, a brand new fully specced turbo or a rare 60’s model?

That's not a 911. Besides I think you can pick up 959's for 100K now which is less that a fully loaded turbo or RHD 993 GT2.
