Beating waiting list on a 997?

Present lead time on the 997S seems to be around 12 months. Any downsides to plumping for a dealer like www.buyacar.co.uk who have a march delivery 997S at list price quoting "You will be the first registered owner of this brand new UK Porsche dealer supplied car.".
In other words, there's nothing "grey import" about it? Or is there? Thoughts - I'm considering one, but I'm a little impatient on the 12 months situation...?
