hi do i need wheel spacers when fitting telediles in place of c/cutters 0n a 84 car.and does anny body no what coulor they shoud be.or paint code

some one that had the car before me painted the polished edge with white paint.and you are going to have to pay 70 pound a wheel in cumbria so i thought about teles and painting them my self
