Would be interested in any expert opinions about this pad. Doesn't look very healthy to me... Is the brown colour on the pad next to the disc a sign of overheating?

Reason i mentioned it is that the pad looks as if it has gone a bit flaky - not just on the interface with disc, but further back. Oh and it's only 3 weeks old...
