HELP Brakes stuck on.
Discussion
Any ideas of the easiest way to free the front brakes on a 993 c4s, i have not used the car for about 3 weeks went out early this morning for a blast and it wouldnt move , after a bit of preasure on the right foot the rears released but the fronts are locked solid.I dont want to keep trying to move it as the rears started to spin and i am worried about cooking the clutch.
Thanks for the replies i got the RAC out and the patrol man tapped the discs near the calipers , this freed them .Cant believe i managed to get the rear wheels spining and it didnt do anything yet a couple of sharp taps in the right place and it is sorted.Took the car for a spin and to begin with the braking was really juddery it took a while to get the discs and pads clear but its fine now.The wheels where coated in brake dust and fine rust particles when i got back . There was no way i was going to clean them and then put it away, lesson learned i will just have to use it more.
