Best place to get exhaust plus remap done?
Discussion
Hi there (really going to have to change my user id)
Looking to get a sports exhaust and light remap applied to my GT3 Mk1 (has got a cup filter on it and i think it's a little fluffy at the bottom end already)
I fancy the cargraphic exhaust (having heard good things about them) but can't find the link to somewhere where I can price them up. Been on the cargraphic.co.uk website which is a bit thin on the ground for info.
I live in Newcastle but would be prepared to travel to drop the car off for a remap. Where would everyone recommend (I know Parr and JZ are highly regarded but are they really the only viable options - they're not cheap!)
All links gratefully received, and when I do find somewhere suitable i'll be sure to try and record some sound clips of standard vs new exhaust to further add to the confusion out there
Cheers guys,
Chris

Can't run to a Manthey conversion - just after an exhaust (for the sound) and remap (to make sure it's fueling to the best of its abilities) to see where it gets to.
I haven't heard anything bad about cargraphic.. do tell!
Exhaust choices as far as I see it are as follows:
Fabspeed supercup - too much resonance
Techart - pricey
Dansk - a bit of an unknown
Tubi - v. pricey + don't think they do a system for a GT3
Cargraphic - nice and loud (not daft though) without resonance - not sure how much though
Europipe - don't know anything about them
Like I say, can't find a price list for the cargraphic system so not really sure what i'm looking at.
Cheers,
Chris

Apparently the sound with the cats changed is quite different to that created when just the silencers are changed. Has anyone had experience of both setups or any advice (the cats for and extra 1k seem expensive for what they are)
Cheers,
Chris
