Prices coming down a little

Just seen a 996TT for sale on the official Porsche site, at the relative bargain price of 67k.
I wonder if the volume of TT's traded in is finally bringing the resales down to earth a little. These seem like a bargain compared to the silly prices out there for 'interesting' 911's, ie: AutoClassica 993RS at 62k.
A 5k RUF / G-Force etc Engine tweek will see the above 996TT pushing around 550bhp, all on the road for 72k. I can imagine Derestrictor getting all exited over this.
