944 Brake Upgrade

The brakes on my 944 have never really felt all that sharp

Investigation has proved them to fairly worn, but not alarmingly

In order to improve them, I wonder if any of you guys have any experience of some of the after market performance set ups

Its unlikely to do many track days, and besides what I am really after is an improvement in the feel and initial bite rather than the overall stopping power

Any suggestions?

The travel doesn't bother me too much so long as it's quite progressive. At the moment all the stopping power is at the end of the travel, and the feel is extremely limited.

I'll definitely change the hoses, I have a performance fluid in there but it has made no real difference
