Slow Puncture !

Guys,
What would you do?
Only 700 Miles on the clock....and I've got a big nail in the tyre...do I chance a repair or get the plastic out for for a new tyre(the're 20" !)

Its only done 700 Mls! So tyre wear dosn't come into it!
