I believe it's Portland International Raceway, in Oregon, USA. It's the Pacific Northwest chapter of the PCA (Porsche club)

You'll see a link to other 928 racers too, and there is actully a world of info out there in the US for these cars. I drove one today, and it's an awesome piece of work, barking through that intentionally gutted ANSA exhaust system.
