I apologise if this doesn't sit well with the general concensus but WOW!! I want one!

My current run-about, a 2.5TD Nissan Double Cab pick-up, looks positively weedy by comparison.

Not sure about the 'lane wandering' though. I know ,from driving HGVs, that with bigger wheels etc. and a wider vehicle, it is easier to stray. However, I think we're missing the true reason for the lane departure warning; many US drivers trundle along eating, drinking reading the paper and generally doing anything but concentrate on the road.

and don't forget the crushing of Metros (and other such scrapmetal) against the guardrails... loverly noise!!!! and lotsa fun!!!!
