Farboud costs 85k for 500bhp or 100k for 600bhp. It uses audi v6 block, as used in RS4. Only weighs 900 kgs!

I suppose they could have used the S3's V6. Apart from the fact that it doesn't actually have one. Oops

jamesc,

Check out the Noble forum, particularly 'any delivered yet etc.' and the Yahoo owners group (address in Ted's posting 'email group'). Several people have identified themselves there and some are even beginning to use Ted's 'On Order' category under my cars in their profiles.

lol marki.
I followed one of these on Wednesday, rear/side views are great but I'm not convinced by those headlights either (I wonder if a trip to Rod Jolley could have the pods modified to be a little more "traditional"). The car was a beautiful blue metallic (anyone know the colour ? Could have been the blue Subaru use ?) and may have been Gordon Lamb's Demonstrator ? Gordon Lamb have quite a selection of machinery at Pomona Street now, I'm going to see if I can get a run in the Noble (if I can fold myself into it )

You've not changed you tune then James since you've been away! On a serious note though, you give your game away by making such totally uninformed comments. As there are only a few Aero8 demo cars on the road currently you can, in fact, have NO IDEA what the build quality is going to be like. When your comments have some basis in fact they might deserve some respect. R...

You're supposed to be selling some cars, not buying any more!

Didn't say I was going to buy one, I just want to know what the fuss is about! Does raise the possibility of liking it too much though Definitely a day to leave the cheque book at home (I feel a new thread coming on...)

I agree with you Jon D , before i saw it in the metal i was not sure about the front lights , but after seeing it for real it`s not a problem ,the side view is great, and the interior is delishious it`s got the charm of a 50`s Jag mixed with modern running gear offering good performance, i just love the thing
