Ok, so this is how I do it, I'm sure others will say something different.
The bolt sizes are whats on my car, no guarantee they are the same on all, And the torque settings are from the AJP8 rebuild manual.

Exellent info there!

I got mine done recently as i didn't have the bottle to do it myself.
Doesn't look such a bad a job there.

Was that on a 4 poster or pit?

You forgot to use the immortal Haynes phrase: "Refitting is the reverse of removal" !

Well done however, I hate that phrase!

And "apply slight pressure" which translated means "its f@cking stiff so push hard" laugh

Thanks for the comments guys, I just hope i dont get Austecs, Trackcar or Levens sending me nasty Emails for loosing them business hehe

Nice one. I always too my gearbox out and changed the oil too. Remember if you are changine the slave you need to put the ports at the 6.30 position otherwise you will never remove all the air from the system.

As Nick says, there are 2 ports they should be positioned at the top and bottom to allow air to bleed out.
Here's a pic showing the port holes (This is NOT the Clever Trevor slave)

Ive tried down loading this and all i get is a blank screen.What am i doing wrong?

Just don't do what one of my patients did, which was to weld his fuel tank while standing in a pit with the car overhead

Try saving it to disk, If you have problems i'll mail it to you. It's a word document 431kb.
