LS9 6.2L Supercharged V-8 Crate Engine
Since GM put all of that time and effort into designing and building the LS9 V8 for the Corvette ZR1, it only makes sense for them to try to extract every possible dollar as a pay back. To that end, GM Performance Parts is going to offer it as a crate engine, all 638 horsepower and 604 foot pounds of it, ready to bolt in and make you smile.

Thank you for all your feed back. I am still tempted. Thing it looks great, love the colour combo. Looking at it as a long term keeper but I wouldn't be afraid to use it. Emailed the seller again today (as I did 2 weeks ago) and he has someone on it, paid a deposit apparently, waiting on P/X. Is it finally sold?!!
I to have made a few email enquires about this car.
I was told that a deposit has been taken for the car, but the perspective new owner needs a couple of month to release the funds to pay off the balance.
Ergo they are still open to offers on the car if you already have the finance in place.

Sorry funds now in place!
Now some of you have shown concerns about the car, and Rob Ingleby has done a full inspection, and the car is like new, yes its been in store for 11 years, but its been stored well!
The plan is the car will be collected from its current location and taken to Mat Smith Sportcars for a complete check and a full service.
Just to say comments about the chassis, etc, well here a few pics of the car!
I think it will go very well with the my 4.5 and the rest of my TVR collection.
