Damm ! I happened to mention it, she took a look at the pictures, and she loves it! So she says...'That would be cool, can we afford it?'
'Err, hmmm, maybe, if we put a cheap bathroom in, forget the french windows and garage conversion' I repiled.
'How cheap would the bathroom have to be? Bear in mind I'm carrying our child and you said you'd sort the bathroom out before it's born'.
Bugger. I knew there would be a sensible argument :-(
