Hi, I want to replace the dash bulbs in my 2004 SP6 & have read the various threads on the subject. The trouble is there are quite a few differing bulb types quoted so I decided to take the binnacle off so I could check which ones I need. Anyway having got the binnacle off I can't see were the bulbs are in the speedo or tacho ? Can anyone help or point me in the right direction. Mine instruments are the later ones with the digital mileage & trip readings if that makes a difference.
Many thanks, Phil.

You'll find the bulbs under the rubber caps. I've tried a few LED replacements and for both the speedo and rev counter they don't really improve it much.

Hi again,
I've had a better look today & found some tape over holes in the rear of both gauges, I think I can see what I presume are the bulbs but can someone tell me how they come out ? I don't want to go pulling on them in case they twist or visa versa !
Regards, Phil.

Yes they twist out. I've put tape over mine in the past when I've lost the cap down the side of th seat. Everytime I find it I put it back

Please can someone tell me what size bulb is needed for the rev limit/change up light? I think an orange led should go in my currently empty holder.

Thanks
