Cant wait , its actually happening, my dream car is imminent. After much wait, & after 3 wonderful years in a 4.3 Griff, i am obtaining my ultimate, a cerbie 4.5. I have however, two very important questions.... is a warranty essential ( buying privately ), and where do I get my sports exhaust from, is it Fernhurst or is it Penninsular, or maybe somewhere else?

All assistance/comments gratefully recieved

Thanks for that, but I have just got to have LOUD LOUD LOUD, & I want pops & bangs as well. On a serious note it is my weekend plaything, I dare'nt have an affair so I need a big fix at my weekends!

Details: Nov. 98, 4.5, 26k miles, Tuscan wheels, McLaren Orange Pearl, various uprated bits & it looks sensational.Having driven a few over the years, I do prefer the sports exhaust & in terms of warranty, that sounds interesting, I was thinking of servicing at independant specialist anyway, which I guess is not an option with a warranty car!

So come on then, I need a definitive answer on this sports exhaust malarky, none of the PH threads give me exactly what i want!

I think colour is king with any sports car, & i know its probably safe & it appeals to a lot of people, but dark blue & dark green just dont quite go the whole hog for me ( hope thats not controversial, i'm new to PH ). Anyway, all style & no taste, thats me!
By the way, yes JP, griff went to the next chap who saw it, but many thanks for your time i enjoyed that blast.
And yes to chrish, it is Teds car, well spotted, i'll load up some good piccies shortly.
