I was going to buy a second-hand Cerbera for £25k (Previous posting To buy or not to buy, excellent response by the way, thankyou). But have discovered a way that I can aford a new one now.
So I'm currenly waiting for delivery details and the likes.
I know a lot of people believe in not buying new and go for nearly new, but I really had an idea of how I wanted my Cerb to look.
I've going for Matt Black 18ins alloys and aircon with full hide. Don't know about the sports exhaust yet! I've choosen the colour orange (same shade used by Lotus)!!!! It may seem like a loud colour, but I have seen one in this colour before and I think it looks amazing. So soon, I will have the images up for you all to see. Thanks for all your help.
By the way I mentioned in my first post about how the boss would need a car! Well she's keeping the MGF. That stops me from getting nagged for the next year!Cool!

I'm using the £25k as a deposit! And worrying about the rest at the end of each month for the next 2 years!!! It works out a lot cheaper than I thought it would be! So I'm a really, really happy guy at the moment!

The sports exhaust is an area I'm not too sure about!
What are the benefits?
Is a de-cat option worth it too?
I going to stay with standed at the moment and then maybe change at a later date!

He never bought the car from York did he? This is where I originally saw an Orange Cerbera, about 2 years ago, and have not seen one since. It use to drive past me nearly everynight on my walk back to the station. I can't believe I will have mine very soon! Still not sold on the exhaust though!

Thanks for your thoughts anyway!

I hope you can load it on! It will give me something to look at, and I'll be able to pretend it is mine for the next 12 weeks!

Morning,

Thanks for the picture Raceboy! That is exactly how mine will be.
I can't wait now! It's even worse having having to drive this bloody MGF until the Cerb arrives!!
I don't know if any one knows much of what is going on in the North East, but I saw a Noble driving through Gosforth the other night! I had seen pictures of them before and had read all about the performance. But to be honest was not that keen. But I have to admit, it actually looked and sounded very good! Any way forget that my, Cerb is on its way to "Sunny Newcastle":drink

I know what you are saying in regards to deprecation. But I'm going to be keeping this car for a few years, and I don't know if it's right or wrong but I'm following my heart in the decision I've made to buy it! I've wanted a Cerbera for a few years now and being able to spec my own new one is something I did'nt realise I would be able to do until now! Thanks for your advice, and it is something I have thought long and hard about!

In response to Dougslar! I'm not buying a speed 6!! I have just bought a new House! And I have the use of an MGF as an other car (Crap maybe, but I can still use it). I HAVE thought all of this through! As for the question of if I have kids! Thats up to me and the boss, and when I shared your post with her, she found it rather amusing! Thanks anyway! But I have been through the pros and cons many times!
