Body off shopping list

The time has come to me as it has already come to many of you and the car is about to go in for chassis restoration.
Unlike some of you it seems I don't have an unlimited budget so I'm trying to make a shopping list of essential extras while the body is off in order to source parts myself and prioritise. Water pipes/hoses are all new so no need for them to be done.
So far I have....
Full Polybush set
Heat Shielding
Brake Lines (following inspection)
Fuel Lines (following inspection)

Mat Smith is doing the body off, I toyed with the idea of stripping it myself but the hassle involved and loosing the entire summer of driving swayed me to the more expensive option which at least should get me back on the road for some nice weather driving later this year. It came about after starting a 'chassis/suspension' tarting up session and soon realising that the time had come...

On top of this I am going for 2 coats of Bilt Hamber epoxy mastic (painting myself) which has a resin hardener and is supposedly tougher than powder coating and less brittle. POR 15 top coat, the two pack stuff. Mine still looks like when it was done (when I clean it).
All new nuts and bolts, dont put back the old ones. Seriously you have to take everything apart so it's foolish to scrimp as it's so easy to replace bits whilst it's apart, bits that are usually difficult to replace. My view was to replace for new as much as possible if it was worn, so I wouldn't have to worry about it for a few years.
So, reading my bill, I had replaced:
All bushes
hand brake cables
both upper and lower ball joints
Track rod ends
All brake hoses and pipes
New CV boots
All new fuel hoses
New fuel pump (it didn't run quite right)
All new red silicone cooling hoses (I'd already replaced the water manifold with a stainless one)
New engine mounts and gearbox mount
New starter motor as again it was a little intermittent
Steering UJ's
Also, as a lot of the interior has to come out, it's the perfect time for a good clean.

It should be a long way removed from the horrible messy black stuff but still undecided If I will go for it anyway yet. Could always get some to try and maybe just use for ultra protection on outriggers but will see...
Bushes seems to be a bit of debate which way to go. Will speak further about this with Mat Smith as i know he will have done all options. Are the rubber ones a real pain to get hold of?

I've looked into manifold wrapping and it seems to be more trouble than its worth as it might encourage cracking on the 'low grade stainless' manifolds. Anyone think this actually worth doing? If so how much is needed.

In addition I wanted to replace the crappy giant Dairylea slices in the tunnel, which at the time he didn't supply. Together we designed a spec for these, and I made templates for all the parts.
