I could add two thoughts to this:
- Katie, despite her trainwreck of a personal life and increasingly horrendous appearance, is by all accounts a very smart and careful businesswoman. She's earned well over £30 million, and hasn't blown it - she'd certainly have the means to purchase and run a Veyron.
- However bad the Project Kahn customisation turns out to be, can it really be any worse than the one-offs that the likes of Mansoury and even Bugatti themselves have prepared for loaded but tasteless customers?

Also the F1 reg was 'lent' to Bernie, to use at Petra's engagement party I believe.

As has been said, I think the white Veyron with the F1 plate was on loan for Bernie's daughter's engagement party. Subsequently, the white one was sold and the plate transferred to the red/grey one in the article. I saw it driving through Ilkley (just outside of Leeds) a few weeks ago on that red/grey Veyron.i think there is some PR bulls
