I do hope those heels are colour co-ordinated with the car?

i'm resigned to having nightmares all night long that i buy this thing!!!

they have this thing called bmw individual.... you pick whatever colour you like etc.... guaranteed to reduce not enhance the value of the car.... once saw a dark purple m5 with bright yellow interior... almost a match for this gallardo!

Not a fan of the colour anyway, so another 5k-ish for a respray or 2k for a wrap ):

Great to meet you today. Sorry to disappoint but its really difficult driving in the heels!! I hope your kids liked the noise when we left. A shame not so many there this year but I met some great people and everyone was so friendly. I hope you find what you are looking for soon. Cheers

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2949152.htm

4 owners aswell, there is a bit of room to wiggle with smile

But that is a gorgeous car! Buy it before someone else snaps it up!

Nothing wrong potentially with 4 owners, quite normal on a car such as this.
Seems quite a cheap price to me. Doesn't say where it was serviced and what type and specifically when but only a minor point really.

Inside looks a tad basic but hard to tell so looks like might be a little light on spec but not a big problem either.

Seems on the face of it not a bad price for year and mileage. Must admit mileage seems very low for 5 years.
Don't think you will be able to haggle much on price on this one.
Just make sure check out the history and ask about work done where it was serviced.

I vaugely remember reading something negative about Jperformance, could be wrong though but I'd have a look into it just to be sure.

Nice ,but to me when you are spending this sort of money you really need to be buying exactly the car you want,do not buy something you are 70% happy with at this money.Im not sure this ticks all you boxes,if it does go for it...but if you have any doubts (colour/spec etc) leave alone and wait for what you want to turn up.It may take a while but one will.

what is the exact sepc that you are looking for ? When I got mine 18 months ago colour was number one for me and at that time the cars were flying out the dealers, I lost count the number of cars I called about to find deposit already taken, When I did find mine I purchased without even viewing it, advert came live on PH Friday morning and I had done the deal by lunchtime.

Mine was well priced already but did get a token £750 off from memory

I would agree about spec, it is easy to lose patience and buy a car, then wish you had waited for one with the bits you wanted exactly... when spending £80k-90k on a car you may as well make sure you get exactly what you want.

For example if I was buying a Coupe I would want glass engine cover?

I personally don't think the spec is too basic. Good colour, Electric seats, satnav, decent alloys etc. I guess the transparent engine cover is missing but everone to their own. I don't think you will get a great deal off as service history is bang on and mileage low but worth a haggle. I would go for it if it was me as not a lot around at present. Give it a good home and save it from going to China!!

thanks to all of your replies...... guess i'm getting impatient having had the lambobrum deal fall through and missed out on the grey one jperformance had as a result also!!!!

i know what i defo want... coupe, low miles, fsh, 06 onwards
extras that are almost essential.... glass engine cover, e gear (for resale purposes), non standard wheels
desirable.... titanium calisto wheels, two tone interior, calipers to suit wheels/colour of car, warranty
colours... nero/yellow/orange/lime/grigio
icing on the cake.... recent clutch/tyres, lifting gear

this orange car needs 4 new tyres (still on original tyres!!), and spec is as listed, main dealer s/h...... need to keep telling myself patience is a virtue..

The tyres should be a negotiating position. Biggest issues you have with this car are the engine cover, egear and bi colour interior as wheels can be changed, calipers pained etc.
Good luck with the search.

If it must be an egear then I would ensure it has had a recent new clutch fitted.

Honestly if you have a must have spec, settle only for that.

I would also be wary of too obsessed with low miles,Ive found generally cars that have very low miles and have usually been kept in a garage and let out once a month are far more trouble than cars that have been used on a regular basis, and well looked after.

The right one will come along, and then you'll be glad you didn't steam in elsewhere.
