Oh, and isnt it tacky to use the original vendors pictures?

Having just waded through this thread and chuckled alot, that was my first thought.

Are you allowed to use someone else's pictures? If I was the original seller I'd be a bit miffed at that. Plus it's not the cleverest thing to do, many people can do what we've done and find the original sale post and wonder why it's suddenly gone up for sale recently - they only have to use the advert's note about Piston Heads to find us, and this thread with all the points about the car and its previous problems.

If I was to buy a car off ebay, I'd be going to view the car first, in daylight, check it over with a friendly mechanic (I'm the first to admit I don't know everything about engines etc) and make sure it was safe to drive. But I'm a bit picky like that - 3 months on and I still haven't found the right car

But I'm not knocking the lass/hubby, they bought it on impulse, and these things often happen. Shame they feel the need to sell it so soon and for so much more though......

It's amazing what you can find on the internet:

We know she is a 34F from this acution:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dl

From another auction you get her email address and a google search returns:

Louise Filan, 28, from Worthing*, said she had had her car towed away three times.

On one occasion, she said was with her husband when she found it missing at 11.30pm close to Brighton's Palace Pier.

She said: "Neither of us had credit on our mobiles and we didn't know where to go to.

"In the end, somebody called us a taxi to take us to the car pound. We had to pay £135 and didn't get home until about 2am. If you haven't got money on you, how are you supposed to get to the pound?"

Another time, Louise said she was alone with her two children who were feeling unwell. She said: "I pulled the car over and asked a hotel if I could use their toilets. One of them was sick, and I cleaned them up and went outside to find the car towed.

"My husband came over in his car, thank goodness. They should at least put something saying your car has been towed, you have no idea where it is."

*Ebay auction for her Lambo says Worthing as the location

But it gets better (or worse even):

PetrolTed: Very serious allegation to make - imagine if it wasn't the same woman.

Where are the moderators....

This person has bought a car for 15k from eBay, has then come onto PH to report problems, slag off previous owner etc and then simply put it back on eBay for 19k with a quote from PH as to how wonderful the car is....

LouLou or whatever her name is should be banned for this... Blatant con..!

Hope to hell nobody buys this from eBay.
