Welcome my friend - I have had my LP640 Roadster (same colour) for 2 years now and its been pretty trouble free. Annual service £800-1500, and thrills all the way!

I hope I am as fortunate as you bud! How many miles are you doing per year?

The most intoxicating car I've ever driven - 10 mins driving it was enough to never forget it... You will love it many Congrats!

Not sure where you are but Verdi Ferrari know these cars inside out and Karl and his gang are always happy to give free advice.

Simonspider on here also runs an LP on the 6th gear fleet do could prob give you a low down too...

Remember to use the lift at speed bumps!

Now get out there and drive!! smile

Im not too familiar with these, but why would a clutch need replacing at 15000 miles? Is this quite typical/a weak spot of the car?

Rather a clutch than a gearbox, but must be incredibly expensive to run if the clutch only lasts that long.

640bhp + 4 wheel drive = Hard life for clutch!
15k miles in a Murci is arround 2/3 years normally, so it's not that bad really..

Last year done 4000 miles. Ran it to Switzerland then up to The Nring - total 2500 miles in 5 days without a hitch.

Car needed roughly 2k worth of repairs and then few other bits and bobs came up....something about the valve timings? Anyways is about a 8hour labour plus parts job which is being paid for by the dealer/prev owner so car should be complete by Monday/Tuesday next week. Car is also having its VSA (or VOSA?) test tomorrow at 1pm and that should pass through fine. (Failed last one due to being in KPH but has been changed to MPH at a cost of 5k....again bourne by the dealer!). Any idea after the VSA/VOSA certificate has been issued how fast a UK plate can be registered/assigned to it? I should definately be recieving it next week!

Took delivery yesterday! biggrin
But have noticed there is condensation inside both headlights....is this normal? Im guessing they havent been sealed properly, is this a big expense to have corrected?
