Hey Tony,

How's that black beast going? Not regrets I hope..
You still struggling with the garage?

Looking forward to a listen on our next tunnel run!

Brian

Brian,

All going well..... so far!!! .... 2.5cm clearance is more than enough for the garage.

Ferrari "Tunnel" run could be somewhat curtailed next time, as I have been told that the Limehouse Link is being peppered with "Scameras".... also the blast down the dual carriageway which runs parallel to the Airport runway (on the other side of the dock) is starting to become a favourite with the mobile units (I've seen them there a couple of times). I have to go further & further afield for a decent blast...

Darn Tony,

I don't live far from the dual carriage way near excel and it has always been my favorite blast route near home - floor it - stand on brake - roundabout - tailslide - floor it again...

I'm surprised they haven't put Gatzos up before - loads of bikers really go for it as well...

Shame about the central London run - we'll just have to go to Dartford!
By the way - I just drove up through Germany to Denmark and blasted through the Elbtunnel near Hamburg which is a 3 mile long tunnel! Mate behind me with Video camera of course! Fantastic... what a sound that Tubi makes.

Glad to hear your beast is sound and well.
I tried a 30th ani version of the Diablo in Hong Kong 2 years ago. WOW...!
I hope you're pleased with it. I'd be interested to learn more as and when we get to meet up.

Take care

Brian

"...it has always been my favorite blast route near home - floor it - stand on brake - roundabout - tailslide - floor it again..." .... yes, it's lucky we had a private test facility so close to us!

"... what a sound that Tubi makes"... absolutely, I've got some footage of Jason's 360 blasting throught the Rouen tunnel on the way back from Le Mans... also a bit of my motor as well, but need more footage.... B****wall tunnel may be an option!

"I'd be interested to learn more as and when we get to meet up" - will be at Pistonfest at the week-end, do you have any plans on trying to make it up there. Meeting up with Jason and his 360... oh no, that's right, a certain Ferrari dealership is looking after it for him at the moment

In defence of the "996 hairdryer" (not that it really needs any defence), it transformed one of the drivers who always used to follow up the rear (in a C2), into a front-runner. Performance wise it was awesome and wasn't beaten all week-end...

... and also from memory I didn't see the 996's engine cover lifted once over the week-end either.

AC - you're forgetting the Essex boys' M3 - driven by Psycho & Son................

Tony, I'll try and make it on Sunday - not a definate though. By the way, any time you want some footage I'd be happy to be the camera car.

Jason, I'm sorry to hear about your troubles - I hate vagueness.
I'm having a few troubles with the ECU on the 360 at the mo. Verdi is playing with it...
